Established in 1979 in Taiwan, we run end‑to‑end sheet‑metal production for pressure parts and cylindrical components. As a metal stamping manufacturer and metal stamping supplier, we handle tooling design, process planning, prototyping, and mass production with clear controls on tolerance, finish, and throughput.

Process Capabilities

For tanks, cylinders, end caps, and housings, we combine blanking, piercing, bending, forming, coining, and secondary machining. When thin‑wall geometry or cup‑shaped parts are required, we integrate deep drawing with trimming, flanging, and calibration. Parameter planning covers tonnage, stroke, feed systems, fixtures, and lubrication to maintain wall‑thickness distribution and dimensional accuracy.

Tooling Engineering

Dies are engineered with 2D/3D reviews, spring‑back assessments, radii and clearance control, and wear management. Try‑out iterations refine draw beads, pressure settings, and strip layouts. First Article Inspection (FAI) establishes baseline data and stable run conditions for production.

Quality Control

Incoming checks, in‑process inspection, and final verification are set per part risk. Key items include concentricity, thickness scans, dimensional tolerances, leak tests for pressure parts, and surface evaluations. Batch records and traceability marks support audits and supplier management.

Materials and Applications

Common materials: stainless steel, aluminum alloys, low‑carbon steel, and corrosion‑resistant grades. Stamped and deep‑drawn parts fit gases and liquids storage, truck radiator assemblies, and boiler peripherals. Post‑forming options include spinning, rolling, welding, and coating per project needs.

Production and Lead Time

Programs range from small‑lot multi‑variant runs to stable mass production. Capacity planning focuses on shared fixtures, integrated steps, and material yield to shorten lead time and stabilize unit cost. Provide drawings, material spec, thickness, and quantities for a clear quotation and schedule.
