OEM.ODM
OEM/ODM Overview
Founded in 1979 in Taiwan, we provide end‑to‑end manufacturing for sheet‑metal parts across multiple industries. Our know‑how covers tooling design, process planning, prototyping, and mass production. For cylindrical, cup‑shaped, and thin‑wall parts, we apply the deep drawing metal forming process with robust parameter control to maintain wall‑thickness distribution and geometric accuracy.
Process Capabilities
We plan process routes using forming limits, draw ratios, blank holder force, lubrication systems, and multi‑stage draws. The metal deep drawing workflow integrates trimming, flanging, piercing, and calibration, and where needed, annealing and re‑draws to prevent wrinkling, thinning, or tearing. For brackets and flat parts, we combine punching, bending, and secondary machining to achieve consistent fit and tolerance.
Tooling Engineering
Tooling is built with 2D/3D reviews, spring‑back assessments, radii control, and wear management. We validate dies through try‑out iterations, adjusting clearances, draw beads, and pressure settings. First Article Inspection (FAI) establishes reference data and production parameters for stable output.
Quality Control
Incoming inspection, in‑process checks, and final verification are set per part risks. Key items include concentricity, thickness scans, dimensional tolerances, leak tests for pressure parts, and surface evaluations. Batch records and traceability marks are available to support audits and supplier management.
Materials and Applications
Common materials include stainless steel, aluminum alloys, low‑carbon steel, and corrosion‑resistant grades. The deep drawing metal process is suited for tanks, cylinders, housings, covers, and automotive sub‑components. Post‑forming operations such as spinning, rolling, welding, and coating are added per project needs.
Production and Lead Time
We handle small‑lot, multi‑variant programs and stable mass production. Capacity planning focuses on shared fixtures, integrated steps, and material yield, helping reduce lead time and unit cost. Provide drawings, material specs, thickness, and quantities to receive a clear quotation and schedule.
Inquiry
For OEM/ODM projects using the deep drawing metal forming process or metal deep drawing, share drawings and target quantities. Our team will return process notes, sample plans, and inspection checkpoints to support project kickoff.
